A: Yes! Remittances by electronic funds transfer is recommended

Q: Do I have to have contact with the tenant?
A: No. The Key to Rentals will manage communications

Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: No. While The Key to Rentals has the appropriate licensure for sales,
specializing in rentals gives the ability for focusing 100% on rentals. If
buying or selling real estate is what you are looking for, please contact

Q: Do you do vacation rentals or AirBNB?
A: No. This is a niche area of rentals with additional risks and high tenant turnover that
is not serviced.

Q: What types of reports do I get?
A: You will have access to an owner’s portal where you can create custom reports.

Q: When do I get paid?
A: The rent is sent to you in the month it is paid/cleared and earned. If the tenant pays by the
first, payment to you is processed by the 10th.
